Our sessions are interactive, evidence-based, and delivered by experienced and highly qualified facilitators with lived experience and specialist expertise.
Core Training
Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Inclusion.
Build confidence and understanding to create safe, inclusive,and supportive environments for LGBTQIA+ people. This training explores inclusive language, unconscious bias, allyship, and best practice in workplace policy and communication. Allyship and Inclusive Practice Training can be delivered in-person or online and tailored to suit your organisation, sector, or community group. Develop the knowledge and skills to become an effective ally – challenging discrimination, promoting equality, and fostering respect across teams and communities. Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) Delivered through an LGBTQIA+ lens, this training explores gender-based violence, intersectionality, and inclusive approaches to prevention, response,
and safeguarding.
