Take a coffee break with AIB – Bank launches online ‘Let’s Talk Business’ series

AIB NI is launching its next ‘Let’s Talk Business’ series with the introduction of ‘Coffee Break Briefings’. Designed to give businesses quick, easily accessible and practical support, the series of short webinars fit easily into the working day, with the first session taking place on 23 June.

The Coffee Break Briefings will consist of 30-minute live online sessions that business owners and teams can join from the comfort of their desk. The webinars offer short, focused content and connect participants with specialist experts and AIB’s local teams, providing real-world insights, market updates and signposting to further support where needed.

The opening session will be hosted by AIB’s UK Treasury team who will provide insights on the latest economic developments and Treasury markets, what they mean in practice for businesses and advice for navigating current conditions.

The webinars are designed to be straightforward and useful, each with a specific focus, with no generic conversations, jargon or lengthy presentations. Each session will include an introduction to AIB’s local team and expert insights, with an opportunity for attendees to continue the conversation afterwards.

While delivered online, the webinars are intended to complement, not replace, face-to-face engagement and AIB’s presence in local communities. The briefings aim to help businesses understand what support is available, build confidence in the expertise on-hand and connect with the right people locally, while removing barriers to participation and encouraging follow-up conversations.

Launching AIB’s Coffee Break Briefings, Karen Kidd, Head of Business Banking, AIB (NI), said:

“We know how busy businesses are, so instead of asking you to attend a branch, we are bringing our support directly to you. The briefings are designed to be practical, with relevant real-world insights that can be used straight away, while opening up conversations with our local teams.

“This is about showing that we’re here, we’re local and we’re available to support businesses in a way that suits them. Grab a coffee and join us, we look forward to speaking to you.”

Those wishing to attend can register by emailing AIBEvents@aib.ie, with joining details provided following registration. Further sessions will be announced as part of the ongoing series.

Thank you for submitting your application form, a member of the team will be in touch shortly with confirmation of your registration and an Invoice for payment.
