In just over a decade Titanic Quarter has gone from master plan to reality. Titanic Quarter, located in the heart of Belfast city, is one of Europe’s largest urban waterfront regeneration projects, consisting of 185 acres of brownfield site, including the re-use or redevelopment of existing buildings. It includes a mix of residential, commercial, leisure, educational buildings and tourist attractions. 20,000 people live, work, visit and stay daily at Titanic Quarter and the thriving destination contributes over £757 million GVA per annum.

Titanic Quarter is also home to a diverse range of over 100 national and international companies, including Amazon, Citi, Microsoft, IBM and HBO, who famously filmed ‘Game of Thrones’ in the Titanic Studios. A cluster of globally significant “Green Tech” companies including Catagen and Artemis Technologies have been growing in the Quarter, leading the way in green hydrogen and decarbonisation of the marine Industry.

The regeneration of Titanic Quarter has sustainability at its heart and is designed to support Belfast’s ranking as one of the top sustainable destinations in the world.

A Planning Development Framework has been approved for the regeneration of Titanic Quarter which provides multiple investment opportunities.
