PSC Consult Ltd was established in 2026 by Architect Paul Crowe to provide consultancy services in relation to the design and planning sector as well as business mentoring.
Paul was previously Managing Director and Co-Owner of TODD Architects from 2000-2025 developing and growing the business to 4 studios across the UK and Ireland with c 100 employees producing high quality architecture across a wide range of sectors and project types.
Current interests are focussed around the regeneration and city living agenda.
Paul is a Belfast Chamber Council Member and remains involved in the Royal Society of Ulster Architects and is a member of RIBA and RIAI.
