Located in the heart of East Belfast, Portview is the former Strand Spinning Mill, built in 1911 by famous Belfast industrialist Otto Jaffe; a beautiful listed heritage building converted and now home to some 44 SMEs.

With an eclectic mix of tenants comprising design studios, jewellery makers, architects, coffee roasters, a brewery to name but a few we, are also home to the infamous Banana Block- our tenant community creates both a workplace and social space. You can find us in close proximity to East Belfast suburbs but also easily accessible to Belfast City Centre.

We provide short and long term rental space for business incubation with further information on availability available on request.
