HERe NI is Northern Ireland’s only dedicated organisation supporting LGBTQIA+ women and their families. Based in Belfast, we provide vital services including support programmes, community activities, advocacy, and policy work. Our work reduces isolation, promotes wellbeing, and empowers our community to thrive. We also deliver specialist awareness accredited training to organisations, helping to create more inclusive workplaces and services across Northern Ireland. Our vision is a society where LGBTQIA+ women are visible, valued, and fully included in every part of life.
