As principle investors, Duneane AM have acquired c.500,000 sq ft of commercial property assets since its inception in early 2020, working alongside family office investors and institutional lending partners. Assets under ownership in Belfast include The Clarence Street West Building, a 145 bedroom hotel and 40,000 sq ft office property and Thomas House on James Street South, both of which are currently undergoing significant refurbishment and investment programmes.

Duneane AM has a special interest in providing seed and early round funding to positive disruptive start ups and early stage businesses across a number of sectors.
