Clanmil Housing is a registered housing association working across Northern Ireland, providing quality homes for more than 11,000 people. In addition to a range of homes for families and single people, we offer apartments for active older people, and independent living that supports people to stay independent as they grow older. For those who need extra support, we offer residential care for older people who need full-time care.

We work in partnership to provide hostels for women and their children fleeing domestic abuse, housing for people living with dementia and starter homes for young people leaving care including families, older people, those with support needs and shared communities, alongside services that support people to live well.

As well as providing almost 5,900 quality homes for rent, some of our homes are available through shared ownership, giving people the chance to own their home outright.
