Belfast Central Mission is a charity, that now operated across the breadth of Northern Ireland. Founded in 1889 as part of the Methodist church’s response to problems inherent in inner-city life, BCM is involved with all sectors of the community, irrespective of religious, ethnic or political affiliation. Our aim is to support those most in need in our society and enable them to reach their full potential. We do this through our diverse social care projects, community support and our two congregations. Within Belfast, BCM operates two social economy businesses. We offer quality childcare services at Puddleducks Nursery in the heart of the city, whilst also delivering residential care at our Kirk House home in East Belfast. Our reach also extends to all areas of the city through our Housing Support Services, and also Supported Housing for young people.
