Artemis Human Capital was established in 2014 as a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in Executive Search and Professional recruitment. Additionally, we provide a suite of human capital related services such as; succession planning, employer branding, market mapping, and personality profiling.

We have a proven track record in placing business critical roles and targeting passive candidates. Over the last number of years, we have grown significantly and evolved as a business. Our greatest asset is our people and we proud to have some of the most experienced consultants in the industry. Our team has in excess of 120 years’ combined recruitment experience in the markets in which we operate.

Our growth has been shaped by client demand and it has led us to form two separate divisions within the company; Artemis Executive Search (retained assignments) and Artemis Professional Recruitment (contingent). We recognise that the search process required differs, according to the seniority of a role, and that the search methodologies and the teams operating across these divisions are not one and the same.
