Engagement Sessions for Businesses and Suppliers
Andrew McQuillan from The Traffic Management Company who is leading the Traffic and Transport plan will be delivering focused engagement sessions starting next Tuesday 5th May about specific details around road closures, the Accreditation and Logistics Hub and processes for deliveries. These will be more focused sessions than the previous wider engagement sessions held by BCC to date.
The following sessions will be held on Tuesday 5th May:
12pm-1pm – Hospitality & Licensed Trade businesses (primarily city centre)
Agenda:
- City Centre Delivery Window (0400-0800)
- Rest of Day Deliveries
- Food & drink specific deliveries
- Onsite displaced parking (where applicable)
- Ad hoc / Urgent Deliveries
- Business emergencies (i.e. non 999 such as water / internet / lift failures etc)
- Information on pass system & processes with introduction to Sam Watkins (TMC point of contact for logistics)
