Financial services company FinTrU will be creating new jobs in Belfast and the north west through its graduate programme with roles available across the business.
Founded in 2013 by Darragh McCarthy, FinTrU provides specialist KYC (Know Your Customer), compliance, risk, legal and regulatory support services to global banks and financial institutions. Headquartered in Belfast, FinTrU combines deep domain expertise, highly skilled delivery teams, and scalable operating models to help organisations navigate complex regulation and operate with confidence.
Over the past three years, FinTrU has hired an average of more than 50 graduates each year and is anticipating similar levels of hiring during this recruitment drive. The company is issuing a last call for applications before the deadline on Thursday 20 August.
This is in addition to the 23 graduates and placement students joining the business in September.
The firm is expanding its client delivery team across KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) to support new contract wins and business growth. FinTrU’s graduate programme welcomes applicants from any degree discipline.
FinTrU’s North West delivery hub has been operating since 2018 and it is expected that a high percentage of the new graduate roles will be based at its Derry~Londonderry office, with the rest in Belfast.
