Productivity Summit 2026

Date: 23/09/26
TIMINGS:

8:00AM – 11:00PM

Productivity remains one of the biggest opportunities and challenges for Northern Ireland. While technology, innovation and investment all have a role to play, research consistently shows that leadership and people are at the heart of high performing organisations.

Today’s session focuses on exactly that. How do we create workplaces where people can thrive, leaders can inspire, and organisations can unlock greater productivity through culture, capability and performance?

We’re delighted to hear from Dr David Jordan from Queen’s University Belfast who will explore the current productivity landscape in Northern Ireland and the critical role that effective management and leadership play in driving long-term economic growth.

This will provide the backdrop for the practical insights and discussions that follow, giving us all an opportunity to reflect on how we can build stronger teams, develop better leaders and create more productive businesses across Belfast and beyond.
