Andras House has completed a £650k fit-out of a floor at Lincoln Building, Great Victoria Street Belfast, to provide Regus serviced offices. This investment doubles the size of the existing Regus centre in Lincoln Building, which will now comprise 16,000sqft over two floors of the building.

The new Regus floor will feature 38 serviced office suites ranging in size from 2 desks to 12 desks. The high-spec offices are bright, air-conditioned and sound proofed. The offices come fully serviced, and are available for short term, longer term or a flexible approach.

The centre features a co-work space, which offers the chance to be part of a thriving community in a shared office space where you can collaborate, connect and create new opportunities with like-minded individuals. Regus offers membership packages which allow access to any centre worldwide by booking either a coworking desk or a private office, whenever you need them.
