Belfast City Council – Vacant to Vibrant

We are delighted to announce that Belfast City Council has secured an additional £700k in capital funding to extend the Vacant to Vibrant Citywide scheme (excluding the city centre). This funding includes £500k from the Department for Communities and £200k from Belfast City Council, and will help bring more jobs, creativity, and vibrancy to Belfast’s arterial routes by supporting property owners and occupiers to bring vacant properties back into use. Please note that the scheme operates citywide but excludes the city centre boundary.
