Step into an evening of flavour, craft, and atmosphere with Saison Dining at Titanic Distillers, in celebration of Tourism NI’s Embrace a Giant Spirit October campaign. 

Set within the historic Pumphouse at Thompson Dock, this one-night-only experience combines fine dining with one of Belfast’s most iconic settings – where rich heritage meets modern creativity. 

Your evening begins with a signature arrival cocktail, setting the tone for a relaxed yet elegant celebration of the season. Guests will then enjoy a six-course tasting menu curated by award-winning chef Gareth Crawford, showcasing the finest of Northern Ireland’s autumn produce. 

Expect familiar flavours elevated through refined technique and a touch of imagination. Your six course tasting menu will be paired with three expertly paired drinks, including bespoke serves from Titanic Distillers, designed to complement and enhance the dishes.  

This is more than a meal – it’s a celebration of food, place, and people. The atmospheric backdrop of Titanic Distillers offers a unique opportunity to experience Belfast’s history in a new way, where the craftsmanship once poured into shipbuilding now inspires carefully curated dishes and drinks. 

This menu caters for gluten-intolerance only and any gluten-intolerance must be highlighted by emailing bookings@titanicdistillers.com no later than 7-days prior to the event.
