World Mental Health Day is coming up on Thursday 10 October. Maybe you’re planning cupcakes, pizza, posters on the walls, a webinar, massages in the office, but wait… Why not look at things through a different lens? Belfast’s leading photography organisation, Belfast Exposed are specialists in delivering photography programmes that enhance wellbeing and support mental health.
Photography for Wellbeing sessions last for 2 hours, during which your team will be guided through engaging activities designed to help them connect with their emotions, surroundings, photography and each other. Equipment can be provided or you can bring your own (a camera phone is fine), and the session will take place in a location convenient to you. They promise it won’t feel like “organised fun” and will be much more memorable than a cupcake!
There is a free taster session running from 2.30pm – 5pm on Thursday 10 October, so if you are responsible for booking wellbeing, team-building or social events for your organisation, email c.obrien@belfastexposed.org to book your spot.
Interested in booking an event for your team? There are 3 sessions still available:
Monday 7 October 2-4pm
Wednesday 9 October 11am-1pm
Friday 11 October 2-4pm
We can help with staff wellbeing throughout the year and can work with your organisation to provide a series of events, away days, and more.
