Duality Healthcare has officially opened an impressive new 2,500 sq ft headquarters building in Belfast for its ever-expanding team. The company, which now has over 100 personnel, recently secured Great Place to Work accreditation, and says the new base is part of its strategy to provide a very high calibre working environment.
Great Place to Work is a global research and consulting firm that measures company culture and workplace experience. Its accreditation is awarded independently and based solely on direct feedback gathered from employees, making it one of the most credible and prestigious workplace endorsements a company can receive. For Duality Healthcare, securing this recognition is a significant achievement and a strong external validation of the culture it has built as it continues to grow.
The recently refurbished office building at Weavers Court represents a doubling in size from its previous headquarters accommodation, and is in addition to its new Belfast clinic which opened on Bedford Street earlier this year.
The company also has clinics in Newry, Ballymena, Derry~Londonderry and Omagh, with plans being finalised to open a further two clinics in the months ahead. Alongside its physical clinic network, Duality also delivers a UK-wide virtual care service, giving patients access to clinicians right across the UK regardless of where they are based.
John McEvoy, CEO of Duality Healthcare, said: “Duality Healthcare has grown significantly this year, both in terms of increasing the services we provide and the size of our team and clinical network, so moving into a new, larger space for our headquarters is another important milestone.”
“We have ambitious plans to continue growing the business, and that will mean even further expansion of our team so the new office provides the capacity to continue growing. We also know that achieving our ambitions depends on having great people and we want Duality to be a place where talented people want to come to work, where they feel valued and supported, and where they have the opportunity to develop their careers, and the recent securing of Great Place to Work accreditations a strong endorsement of that,” he adds.
