This half-day ADVANCED TENDERING workshop moves beyond a compliance-led approach to tendering, focusing instead on the strategic and commercial factors that influence win rates. Participants will explore how to select the right opportunities, understand how bids are evaluated, develop high-quality responses, and position their offer competitively on price and value. The session is highly practical, using real examples and interactive exercises throughout.
Participants will leave with a structured set of practical tools and templates, including a bid/no-bid framework, response-writing guidance, pricing and value insights, social value resources, and a tendering checklist. These resources are designed to support immediate application to live opportunities while helping businesses develop a more consistent and commercially focused approach to tendering.
