Commercial property agency, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has chosen Cancer Focus Northern Ireland as a charity partner, supporting the charity’s work to reduce the impact of cancer and provide vital services to people and families across Northern Ireland.
The partnership will see the LSH Belfast team get involved in fundraising and helping to raise cancer awareness, helping to generate much-needed support & raise vital funds for Cancer Focus NI. For more than 50 years, Cancer Focus Northern Ireland has made a positive difference to individuals and families affected by cancer. Each year, they support over 43,000 people through prevention services and provide vital care to more than 4,000 people through free-to-access support programmes.
Last year, Cancer Focus NI opened a new therapeutic cancer support centre in Fermanagh to provide flexibility in how people engage, from being able to drop-in and have a coffee with a cancer specialist to availing of more tailored, structured individual or group therapeutic support. The charity has the goal to open five support centres strategically placed across Northern Ireland to provide local and accessible care and services for people with cancer and their families.
