LOFTLINES GEARS UP FOR FIRST RESIDENTS WITH NEW SENIOR APPOINTMENT

Loftlines has appointed Lindsay Myers-Carroll as Assistant General Manager as the new Build-to-Rent neighbourhood gears up to welcome its first residents from September.

Lindsay brings extensive experience in residential operations, hospitality and customer service, with a strong track record of leading teams, delivering high-quality customer service and fostering strong resident communities.

She joins a growing on-site team making final preparations ahead of the opening of the 627-home neighbourhood in Titanic Quarter. With fit-out underway, the pet-friendly development will offer furnished and unfurnished homes with broadband included as standard. The amenity package is the most comprehensive in Northern Ireland and also includes co-working spaces, a gym, private dining rooms, a games room, lounges and landscaped roof terraces.

Lindsay Myers-Carroll, Assistant General Manager at Loftlines, said:

“It’s exciting to be joining Loftlines at the point where there is a real sense of anticipation as we get ready to welcome our first residents. There’s something really special about being here at the beginning. In just a few weeks’ time, the new spaces here will become part of people’s daily routines, whether that’s fitting in a workout before work, using the co-working spaces during the day or spending time with neighbours in the lounges and roof terraces.

“There is a fantastic team here and our focus is on making sure every resident enjoys a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Moving home is a big moment, and we want people to settle in quickly, make the most of everything Loftlines has to offer and enjoy being part of a new neighbourhood from day one.”

Working closely with Neil Allen, Loftlines General Manager, Lindsay will be part of the on-site leadership team representing urbanbubble, a specialist Build-to-Rent property management operator which manages high-quality rental communities across the UK.

Neil Allen, General Manager at Loftlines, said:

“Over recent months we’ve been bringing together the team that will welcome our first residents, and provide that 24/7 support on-site, and Lindsay’s appointment is an important milestone. She brings exactly the combination of operational expertise, customer service and people leadership we’re looking for, and I’m delighted to welcome her to the team.

“There is real momentum building across Loftlines as we complete the final fit-out and prepare to open our doors. We can’t wait to welcome our first residents and see the neighbourhood come to life.”

Prospective residents can now book a viewing and register their interest ahead of the first apartments becoming available at www.loftlines.com.

Loftlines is funded by L&G, which is investing more than £150 million in the Build-to-Rent homes as part of a wider £175 million mixed-tenure residential scheme delivered in partnership with Watkin Jones, Lacuna Developments and Clanmil Housing Association.
