Free customer service training courses ahead of the Fleadh Cheoil 2026.
To ensure that Belfast tourism and hospitality businesses are ready for the 2026 Fleadh Cheoil, Belfast City council is delighted to work with Belfast Metropolitan College to deliver a number of Get Ready for the Fleadh customer service courses.
These free, non-accredited training sessions will help businesses to focus on delivering excellent customer service and providing an enhanced experience resulting in increased sales, repeat business and customer loyalty both during and after the Fleadh.
Who should attend?
The training is open to anyone working in customer service/customer facing role within the tourism and hospitality industry in Belfast. Courses will be delivered in person and learners must be available to attend for the full duration of the session they have registered for.
