At the Centre for Democracy and Peace, we partner with the business community and government organisations to support leadership that strengthens both institutions and the wider society. Drawing on the lessons of Northern Ireland’s peace process, our Fellowship Programme equips emerging and established leaders from across business, government, and civil society with the skills, networks, and perspective to navigate complexity, build trust, and lead through uncertainty. By bringing together diverse sectors, we create a unique space for collaboration, insight, and practical problem-solving – enabling organisations to contribute meaningfully to a more stable, inclusive, and resilient future.
