Business Information Sessions
Belfast City Council would like to invite you to attend an Information Session in advance of the forthcoming Fleadh Cheoil in Belfast 2-9 August 2026. As the city prepares to host this significant cultural event, we are keen to ensure that businesses and organisations are informed, prepared and supported. This session will provide important operational updates, an opportunity for discussion and questions and will include information that may be particularly helpful to businesses and organisations in and around the city centre.
The session will cover:
- Core programme, events and venues
- Road Closures and Traffic Management – outline of proposed arrangements, timelines and access considerations
- Licensing and Operational Update –information for businesses regarding licensing processes & operational updates
- Marketing & Communications Update – campaign activity, visitor projections and opportunities for business engagement

⏰ Time: 10am – 11:30am
To confirm your attendance and on which date (5th OR 6th), please RSVP to fleadhcheoil26@belfastcity.gov.uk by Tues 3rd March (let us know if you have any access requirements) Spaces are limited to 80 people per session, attendance in person only.
We will be running a series of further information sessions focused on Licensing and Tourism in the coming months, information on these will be released soon.
