JobStart Pathway to Apprenticeship that will include:
- an Employment Academy to ensure that anyone presented to the employer for interview has the right aptitude and attitude needed to excel in their role quickly
- a paid work placement through the JobStart programme that the employer and the participant can use to provide space and time to settle into their role and build the foundational skills needed
- a seamless pathway created to connect the placement and the employer with an Apprenticeship
We are hoping that the JobStart Pathway to Apprenticeship will be a great opportunity for employers within your network to have 6 months wages fully funded to the tune of 25 hours/week, to prepare a new employee for an Apprenticeship in their organisation. Â And, all of which is derisked for the employer through the screening and selection provided through an Employment Academy.
