Queen’s University Belfast appoints RLB to provide digital asset management services
Queen’s University Belfast has appointed independent property, construction and management consultancy, Rider Levett Bucknall in Belfast (RLB) to provide state of the art digital asset management services across its estate.
RLB will provide digital data capture and estate analysis for Queen’s University Belfast on a contract that will run for five years. Through its digital tools, RLB Field and RLB Focus, the RLB team will survey the entire estate creating a bespoke online performance dashboard covering elements from cost and condition, utilisation, energy efficiency to embedded carbon. RLB is being supported on MEP surveying by ARUP.
