Q: How did you get into this business?

In 2000 I was unimpressed with some of the service levels and engineering standards in the telecoms industry. As a business owner I understood the importance of delivering quality service and I was convinced that it could be done better and so I started Clarity Telecom with the aim of providing businesses in Belfast/ Northern Ireland an alternative to what the industry was offering. A staff of 42 and growing

Mid Antrim Council, RSM, accountants, BDO accountants, Action Cancer, Andras House Group.

Q: How has business been for you over the past few years?
Excellent, the growth in VoIP technology has provided a lot of customers with the ability to upgrade their communications services, improving the way their businesses work.

Q: What needs to change in Belfast/NI to allow you (and others) to do better business?
What is really needed is more access to fibre broadband. There are still a number of businesses in Belfast and Northern Ireland that are using ADSL broadband.
