With tight labour market conditions expected to remain, the lack of staff resource is expected to continue to be a significant barrier to economic growth for many businesses over the coming years. As the battle for talent persists, record numbers of employers are experiencing difficulty securing skilled talent.
When examining what employees of today want, commitments to employee wellbeing, corporate social responsibility, diversity equality and inclusion, and flexible ways of working reign through. However, when it comes to financial rewards, what steps should employers consider to be able to attract, retain and incentivise their key talent?
“Winning the Battle for Talent” is a Belfast Chamber event supported by Grant Thornton, RBC Brewin Dolphin, and Tughans to address this very question. The event will be hosted at Tughans’ office on the evening of Thursday 23 November from 4.30pm and can accommodate up to 65 attendees.
