Belfast Chamber will be hosting a Business Rates Consultation event on 11th October 2019 at 9:00-10:00 am at Ten Square Hotel in partnership with the Department of Finance.
Alan Brontë, Director of Rating Policy at Land & Property Services in the Department of Finance will provide information about the Department’s Review of Business Rates and the Public Consultation. This will be followed by a question and answer session and discussion.
The consultation paper, the Terms of Reference for the review, and information on how to respond to the consultation can be found at www.finance-ni.gov.uk/consultations/business-rates from when the consultation opens on 16 September. The views of organisations and individuals are welcome. Consultation responses should be provided by Monday 11 November 2019.
